Flow With Me, COMPLIMENTARY... What Are You Waiting For?
Hello lovelies, how are things going for you? 2020 sure is the gift that keeps on giving isn’t it? Well, that all depends how we look at it right? I mean, if we can continue to find the silver linings in all the challenges we’ve been presented with, I believe we’ll round out this year feeling incredibly blessed in a plethora of surprising ways.
I am all about spreading joy and kindness right now… so I have some complimentary gifts for you. If it’s not something you personally may use please feel free to share and pay it forward to anyone in your life who would. As I tell my three-year-old, “sharing is caring”.
If you’ve been here a while with me then you know my love for mindful practices and sharing them is my passion. Back in March as our world was swept with COVID-19 and teaching yoga in my community spaces quickly came to a stop, I wanted to continue guiding yoga sessions and began offering several live flows through instagram. My wonderful husband set up a camera and taped my live flows for me so they could live on in the future through various platforms where anyone could access at anytime. All my practices were complimentary and a few were offered as charitable sessions where I encouraged any donations to be directed toward Black Lives Matter and La Luz. We ended up moving in July and I have to tell you the rhythm I had going with teaching live and recording practices just got completely side swiped by our quick move. After two months of hotel living and more construction on the new home than planned, we are feeling settled again. It was a lot to juggle but we made it through and are delighted to be where we are now. I’ve been eager to get a set up for shooting more videos and I’m finally doing it.
So my gift is simply directing you to my complimentary Mindful Yoga flows that are on YouTube and IGTV. While my library will continue to grow I currently have more than ten flows across these platforms ranging from 15, 25, 45 & 60 min practices. You can also find three pre-natal flows I created for one of my favorite brands ALO Yoga when I was in my second trimester (which seems forever ago now). Once a month I’ll also be curating a 45 min practice with Sonoma's most sophisticated wine country get-away, MacArthur Place Hotel. My style is rooted in vinyasa flow and sequenced mindfully so that you safely warm your body up, have optional layers with modifications and additional challenges and can feel great with making your own wise choices as we practice together virtually.
If you’re missing your studio classes… I feel you. I do as well. It’s such a special part of the practice to actually be in a space together. I trust we will get back there safely in the near future. Until then, I do hope to inspire you to build your own at home space and practice so that while yoga studios across the world are closing their doors, YOU will continue to find your way to your mat and engage in a practice that feels wonderful for you! This is where the digital world does have it’s perks and I look forward to creating a community across the globe.
These practices are completely FREE. While I don’t expect anything in return, if you feel inclined to leave a comment, like the video or become a subscriber/follower… those are helpful ways for my videos to be seen and shared, which makes my heart happy to continue to pay things forward. Thank you, if you feel inclined.
If you love music as much as I do and enjoy practicing with music… I have another little gift for you. I believe my extensive dance training and passion for choreography is a testament to how much I enjoy creating a playlist. I want the flow of sequences and music to feel like a journey that opens your soul and sometimes that’s simply calming or fun or a mix of both. Spotify has been my genius helper in discovering incredible music to accompany the sessions I lead. Please check out my public playlists and toss one on with your practice. Hit the follow button if you want to stay updated with new lists. Music can transcend us at times. It can bring up emotions the same way a hip opener, sustained hold or quiet savasana can. I love bringing the two elements together as I feel it can deepen your experience and connection to the self.
Lastly, if you are local and in Sonoma or nearby and want to join the COVID safe outdoor practice I offer on Monday’s and Friday’s in collaboration with the gorgeous Chateau Sonoma FARM please let me know via email and you’ll be added to our community. It’s spatially distanced and in such a lovely environment. Those sessions are $20 and RSVP is required. All details are provided upon your interest.
Is it too early to wish you all Happy Holidays? We are just a hand-full of days away from Thanksgiving and I truly hope you all are healthy, happy and full of love. I am so grateful for ALL of you who support me in all that I do. I hope these practices ground you, feel supportive to your highest good and keep inspiring a commitment to your health and wellness. I absolutely think it’s important to stay connected so I’d LOVE to hear from you anytime. Your comments, questions and anything you’d like to share are always welcome here. I’m beaming out really tight hugs (gosh I miss those) to this wonderful community here. Thank you for being a part of my world, I appreciate you.
